Prague Walk: The Hidden Cannabis City is its companion: 6 stops through the offices, shops and agencies where legalization actually happened, away from the tourist core. In Amsterdam, Amsterdam: The Cannabis City That Never Legalized traces how the coffeeshop was built on toleration, never law — 9 stops, narrated by Joost — and Amsterdam: Where the Cannabis Industry Was Built goes behind the coffeeshops to the growshops and back offices that built the industry — 6 stops, narrated by Marloes. Each city gets two walks, not one. The flagship walk follows the legalization story through its most visible landmarks — the marches, the courtrooms, the votes. The hidden walk goes the other way: into the offices, growshops, agencies and back rooms where the actual work of changing the law happened, away from the tourist core. Together, the two walks cover a city from both sides — the story everyone already knows, and the one that made it true.
Every fact in every walk is checked against at least two independent sources before it is recorded — dates, court rulings, vote counts, names. Cannabis law itself gets the same treatment, but kept separate: each walk includes a plain-language module on what is and isn't legal in that city today, so the history and the legal reality never get blurred into each other.
There is nothing to download and nothing to sign up for. Walks run in any web browser. GPS triggers each stop's narration as you reach it, or you can listen straight through from your phone or your desk without moving at all. Every stop is a real, physical place — a courtroom, a shopfront, a square — not a rendered scene or a stock photo.
Prague and Amsterdam are live today. Berlin is next, with London and Barcelona planned after that — each new city gets the same standard: two walks, double-sourced facts, and no jokes at the expense of anyone who marched, was arrested, or didn't live to see the law change.
